Week 1: Finances, Profit First (Method of bookkeeping)
Objective: Identify Current State of Finances
Homework: “Business Housekeeping Quiz”
Week 2: Business Housekeeping
Objective: Identify pain points in the business
Example pain points: customer complaints, cash flow problems, sales flow issues, customer service issues, quality control issues, management issues, organization issues
Homework: Make corrections to pain points identified in business
Week 3: Hiring + Training Documents and Techniques
Objective: Prepare you for training systematically (repeatable and scalable)
Week 4: Remaining Systems Implementation
Objective: Be fully prepared for new hire and new clients to implement your new and improved systems
Homework: Implement any necessary changes to current systems or lack thereof
Week 5: Sales, Referrals + Warm Outreach + Cold Outreach
Objective: To add clients to your schedule to accommodate recent new hire
Homework: Referral Program Implementation + Warm outreach (meet our quota, determined on strategy call)
Week 6: Make-up week
Objective: Catch up on homework together if you need help
Homework: TBD
Week 7: Quality Control / Management
Objective: How to get your cleaner to clean like you do (will have had systems to review in week 3, this is just implementation)
Homework: Implement QC systems
Week 8: Wrap Up
Objective: Identify areas for continuous improvement
